Parking at Sheeda’s

Complimentary Parking is available for clients attending appointments at Sheeda’s Beauty Clinic. Whilst we endeavour to provide a safe parking environment, all vehicles and their contents are left at the owner’s risk. Sheeda’s Beauty Clinic accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft, damage or accident involving vehicles or personal belongings whilst parked on the premises.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers make an excellent gift at any time of the year! Vouchers can be exchanged for any Sheeda’s Beauty Clinic treatment or retail product. Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months after the date of purchase or the date you specify (e.g. Birthdays etc). Click here to shop now.

New Clients

If you are new to Sheeda’s Beauty Clinic… welcome! We’re so pleased to have you with us and hope you enjoy your experience. We kindly ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete your consultation forms. A consent and medical form must be completed before any treatment can be carried out. As part of this process, we will ask for your consent to securely store your details and to contact you via telephone, email and/or text message regarding your appointments. Please note, all treatments over 1 hour for new clients are required to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure their appointment.

Courtesy Appointment Reminders

We send a courtesy text message reminder (or a call upon request) approximately 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please note, these messages are sent as a reminder only. This is a no-reply service, so we kindly ask that you do not respond to the text. Delivery times may vary, particularly around bank holidays, and reminders may occasionally arrive slightly earlier or later than the 48-hour window.

Courses

Courses are designed to offer both consistency and value. For example, when purchasing a course of 6 treatments, the final session is offered at half price. Payment for all courses is required in full at the start of your treatment programme and must be made in a single transaction. Initial courses should be booked on a weekly basis to achieve the best possible results. Maintenance courses are typically scheduled monthly, unless otherwise recommended by your therapist. All courses must be completed within 18 months of purchase. If you wish to create a more personalised collection of treatments, please feel free to discuss this with your therapist, who will be happy to tailor a programme to suit your individual needs.

Card Payments

We accept contactless, debit & credit cards. We do not accept American Express.

The minimum charged on credit cards is £10.00.

Cancellation Policy

At Sheeda’s Beauty Clinic, your time – and that of our therapists – is incredibly important to us. To ensure every client receives the highest standard of care and an unhurried experience, we kindly ask that you review our policy below. We understand that plans can change. Should you need to amend or cancel your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations & No Shows (under 24 hours’ notice)

Appointments cancelled late, missed or attended more than 10 minutes late may result in:

•⁠ ⁠A charge of 50% of the treatment value, or

•⁠ ⁠A 50% deposit required to secure your next booking

•⁠ ⁠For course bookings, the session will be forfeited

First Appointment Courtesy

We offer a one-time courtesy for your first appointment – no charge will be applied for a late cancellation, no show, or late arrival.

Ongoing Appointments

For any subsequent appointments, the above policy will be applied in full.

Late Arrivals

To preserve the quality of your experience, arriving late may mean we are unable to complete your treatment. While we will always do our best to accommodate you, this may not be possible without impacting other clients. Please note: Repeated late arrivals or missed appointments may require pre-payment for future bookings and, in some cases, the full treatment cost may be charged. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These guidelines allow us to maintain a calm, seamless experience for every client who visits Sheeda’s.

Patch Tests & Permission Forms & Guarantees

Sheeda’s Beauty Clinic is dedicated to giving you the best treatment and experience that we can. Therefore it is a requirement that we would need to perform a patch test on clients for certain treatments. 

Any clients under the age of 16 years old will need a parental permission form filled in by a parent or guardian before ANY treatment is performed by Sheeda’s Beauty Clinic. Parent or guardian needs to attend appointment and be in our building whilst the treatment takes place.

Please note you are required to inform us (within 7 days) in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your treatment and 48 hours notice for products bought due to a reaction. This means Sheeda’s Beauty Clinic can then help to rectify the situation quickly and effectively.

Please note clients are required to notify us of any medical changes during the period that you continue to have treatment at Sheeda’s Beauty Clinic.

Birthday Texts

• Valid on treatments only (not applicable to products)

• 10% discount expires 3 months from the date the birthday text is received

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts

• One-time use only

• Non-transferable and must be used by the named client only

• Must be mentioned and shown at the time of booking

• Not valid on packages, courses, or already discounted treatments

• No cash alternative

Charity & Sheeda’s

We are happy to donate raffle prizes to charity events in the form of a gift voucher. Please contact our receptionists for more information. Sheeda’s is proud to raise money for The Eve Appeal-Gynaecological Cancer Research by holding events and taking part in various sponsored treks and events.
