New Clients

If you are new to Sheeda’s Beauty Clinic… Welcome! We hope you enjoy your experience with us. If you could please arrive 5 – 10 minutes before your appointment time to fill in the appropriate paperwork. We require you to fill out a consent and medical form before any treatment is provided. Clients will need to give consent for their details being stored securely at Sheeda’s Beauty Clinic and for us to be able to contact you via telephone, email and/or text message regarding appointments etc. Currently we are sending our forms out via email.

Protocols – Covid 19

For our up to date health and safety protocols please click here.

Courtesy Appointment Reminders

We send a courtesy text message reminder (or call on request) 48 hours before your appointment. (Text messages are a reminder only. Please do not text back to this number, as we will not receive it. Some texts may be received 24 hours/48 hours or longer before depending on bank holidays).

Payment for courses must be taken at the start of your course and in one transaction. Initial courses are to be booked weekly. Maintenance courses are to be booked monthly unless otherwise suggested by your therapist. If you would like to customise a collection of treatments, please feel free to discuss this with your therapist.

Card Payments

We accept contactless, debit & credit cards. We do not accept American Express.

The minimum charged on credit cards is £10.00.

Cancellation Policy

We are a small business and we appreciate your understanding regarding our cancellations, no shows & late arrivals policy. We understand clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. Should you need to do so we ask for at least 24 hours notice. Whilst we do understand about illness & unforeseen circumstances, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur either a 50% charge of the treatment booked value, a 50% deposit for the next appointment made or for any course appointments treatment is forfeited.

– First Appointment less than 24 hours notice, no show or more than 10 minutes into appointment time: No charge
– Further and Multiple Appointment less than 24 hours notice, no show or more than 10 minutes into an appointment time: 50% of the treatment booked and 50% deposit for any further appointments made.
– Treatment is forfeited for any course appointments that have been made.

Arrival more than a few minutes late for your appointment means we cannot spend the time we need to give you a proper service, we will do our utmost to accommodate Clients but we may not be able to do your treatment.

Example: For a 30 minute appointment, a couple of minutes is ok, but 10 minutes is a third of the appointment and it’s not really feasible to complete the appointment.  For longer appointments we have a little more flexibility, but not much and we do not want to rush your experience with us.

We know these policies may be frustrating for Clients who have to cancel at short notice for genuine reasons or who arrive late through no fault of their own, but we also have a duty to our other Clients to keep to their appointment times.

Our therapists run busy columns and a late cancellation or no show for an appointment means someone on the waiting list misses out.  We will happily rebook a new appointment for you as soon as possible though the following may apply. We may request pre-payment for services if you’ve been late for several appointments. We reserve the right to charge the full price of appointments that are missed due to Client lateness.

Thank you for your understanding! We want to be able to give you the best experience possible here at Sheeda’s Beauty Clinic.

Patch Tests & Permission Forms & Guarantees

Sheeda’s Beauty Clinic is dedicated to giving you the best treatment and experience that we can. Therefore it is a requirement that we would need to perform a patch test on clients for certain treatments.

Any clients under the age of 16 years old will need a parental permission form filled in by a parent or guardian before ANY treatment is performed by Sheeda’s Beauty Clinic. Parent or guardian needs to attend appointment and be in our building whilst the treatment takes place.

Please note you are required to inform us (within 7 days) in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your treatment and 48 hours notice for products bought due to a reaction. This means Sheeda’s Beauty Clinic can then help to rectify the situation quickly and effectively.

Please note clients are required to notify us of any medical changes during the period that you continue to have treatment at Sheeda’s Beauty Clinic.
