Health & Safety Protocol

Sheeda’s Beauty Clinic promises to bring you a safe and relaxing environment.
Our main priority is the health and welfare of our staff and clients. With this in mind, we have made the
appropriate health and safety plans with some changes to clinic protocol in order to protect us all.
We thank you for your understanding & continued support and look forward to welcoming you back!

Before Your Appointment

  • If you haven’t already we will send you our own track and trace form to fill out. This can be emailed back to us or filled out at the clinic. We will also be using the NHS Test & Trace App for you to scan into the clinic on arrival.
  • All tinting treatments will require a new patch test for ALL clients. This will need to be done 24 hours prior to your appointment.
  • You will still receive a text message (or phone call) 48 hours before your treatment. Please let us know within 24 hours if you cannot make your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Please feel free to bring your own refreshments as we are unable to offer tea & coffee for the time being.
  • Any client who displays any symptoms of Covid – 19 or who has been in contact with anyone with symptoms or a positive test is require to rearrange your appointment at the earliest convenience.

Arriving To Your Appointment

  • We will be limiting the number of people that are in the clinic at any onetime. Therefore, we ask that you attend your appointment alone. Please refrain from bringing children, friends or partners with you into the clinic. Unless your appointment is for your child under the age of 16 or you are a carer.
  • Please kindly wait in your car on arrival to your appointment. We will inform you (whether it’s by phone or a wave) when it is safe for you to enter the clinic.
  • Please arrive at the agreed time for your appointment. This will help us to give you your full treatment and to maximise social distancing.

Your Appointment

  • Please be sure to wear a mask to your appointment, even if we are treating your face. (Unless you are exempt.)
  • We will ask to take your temperature before entering the cabin.
  • We will continue to ask that all clients sanitise their hands on entering and exiting the cabin.
  • Clients will be required to scan onto the NHS test and trace app or sign their Track and Trace forms at every appointment. We also keep a register for everyone that enters the cabin.
  • During your appointment you will be required to remain in your mask, unless we are treating your face. (Unless you are exempt.)
  • Therapists will be wearing full PPE. Masks, aprons, gloves (where necessary), visors/goggles.
  • Payments for treatments will be taken by therapists Mish & Samantha or Receptionists for Sheeda. Rebooking can be done with our receptionists either from your car or from reception. (Only 1 client at a time in reception area.)
  • The treatment rooms and cabin are thoroughly cleaned before and after each client that enters the building.
  • We will no longer be able to accept ‘drop in’ clients. Should you need to make an appointment, purchase products or gift vouchers, please contact the clinic via phone or email to make arrangements.
  • Please note that we will be adjusting our prices accordingly to fit alongside recent rises in product costs, we very much appreciate your understanding with this.
